Contrast in pairs. Acceptance and delivery of the ball are closely linked. Stand at right angles to fit, low body position, shift weight to tiptoes. Accept the ball in front of your body and slow it down with a smooth movement. Go to the ball and make the same movement vice versa and release the ball in front of your body. Always look in the direction of the target.
Defeated pass. Do not accept and guide the ball but play it back directly close to the body.
Stand closer together.
360° rotation when the ball is accepted. Stand farther apart. Move while passing.
