An attacker and a defender are in front of the goal. The attacker moves towards the line and the first player from the line passes the ball. The attacker tries to score and the defender tries to defend. The attacker will be the next defender and the defender will go to the end of the line. The first player from the line will be the next attacker.

For the attacker: Cover the ball first and then find a way to score. For the defender: Be close and block the shots and don't let the attacker turn around.

Pass could be made from different directions.

For the attacker: The defender plays without the stick. For the defender: Allow holding.

For the defender: Play without the stick. For the attacker: Allow holding for the defender.
