2 teams, 4vs4
A team starts with a ball and must try to run outside a certain line with the ball (no pass to another player allowed).
A team starts without Ballan and has to try to win the ball again and score a goal.
With ball: Player withBall must be responsible for the ball. Do as much as you can by yourself! Patience with ball. Protect the ball (strong on the ball). Other players must support. Positions against pressing
Without ball: Play 1vs1 like in the game. Don't lose 1v1, no tapping, body play allowed and necessary. After winning the ball, score a goal as quickly as possible
3vs4, or 4vs3 or 3vs3
Depending on how your opponents put pressure on and depending on how you want your own team to play against pressing.
Possible with or without a goalie. Without a goalie as a “ball possession exercise”
Each coach plays the pass. Accepting the ball under pressure is also added. A team without a ball can apply “variable” pressure, not always the same! (man cover, with/without, etc.)
