For the aggressor: Challenge yourself and try to score points. Try to get a free shot or run past the defender.
For the defender: Defend and don't let the assailant shoot or run past you. Try to push the assailant into a corner. After the attack, the assailant becomes the next defender. The defender goes back in line.
The starting point can be at various positions, for example in the corner or in the “pocket”
The defender can also play “soft” and make it easier for the attacker to score.
The defenders play as hard as they can, just like in the games.
