Description

1-on-1 from the center line next to the gangs. The attacker plays a double pass with the defender, and that's when the challenge begins. A simple exercise: As soon as the attack is over, the attacker switches to defense and receives a double pass from the next attacker.

Coaching ACCENTS

For the aggressor: Challenge yourself and try to score points. Try to get a free shot or run past the defender.

For the defender: Defend and don't let the assailant shoot or run past you. Try to push the assailant into a corner. After the attack, the assailant becomes the next defender. The defender goes back in line.

VARIATIONS

The starting point can be at various positions, for example in the corner or in the “pocket”

MAKE EASIER

The defender can also play “soft” and make it easier for the attacker to score.

Increase difficulty

The defenders play as hard as they can, just like in the games.
